Within the group insurance program, the favorable claims experience is shared with the participants in the form of a Premium Credit discount. As a Plan-specific discount, the Premium Credit reduces billed premium for all Plan participants, regardless of coverage amount. Premium Credit discounts are not guaranteed, are reevaluated semi-annually, and may not be available on all Plans.
