To complete your online account setup you will need the following information:

1. Your ADA number or Temporary ID number.
  • Don't know your ADA Number? No problem. You'll just need to answer 1-3 additional questions during acount setup to confirm your ADA student membership
  • If you received a temorary ID number issued by Protective, you will find it in your email. if you have not received your temporary ID yet, please call ADA members Insurance Service Center at 1-800-568-2001, M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT or email adastudentinsurance@protective.com
